Our Process

Custom Truck Solutions in 4 Simple Steps

1. Discovery Call (15-30 min)

Tell us what you're hauling, towing, or building. We'll ask about your daily workflow, pain points with your current setup, and any must-haves. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a working conversation to understand if we're the right fit for your build.

2. Design & Quote (1-3 days)

We measure your vehicle, spec the components, and map out the install. You'll get a detailed quote with no hidden costs, plus a realistic timeline. If something won't work (clearance issues, weight limits, electrical conflicts), we tell you now, not after you've paid a deposit.

3. Build (3-10 days)

Your truck goes into our bay and stays there until it's done right. We don't rush quality for speed. Every wire is sealed and protected. Every bolt is torqued to spec. Every fit is checked twice. You'll get progress photos if it's a multi-day job.

4. Walk-Through & Handoff

Before you drive off, we walk you through every feature, switch, and latch. You'll know how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot your new setup. We also document the work with photos for your records. Useful for insurance, resale, or warranty claims.
